Chef Thomas Lamprecht likes to cook honestly – always with an eye on seasonal and regional specialties. A special highlight is the annual asparagus season, which we start with the first harvest in April. We Badeners love the white stalks especially with pancakes and ham. Depending on availability, our team also offers game dishes – with homemade spaetzle and a glass of red wine – what more could you need?
