As a family, each of us contributes – as teamwork.
We are Thomas, Petra, Florian und Sina Lamprecht. As is the case in every family that runs a business together, the responsibilities are clearly divided here too. Thomas as restaurant- and kitchenchef, Petra is responsible for the hotel. Their children are involved in all marketing and event activities and are the next generation to bring a breath of fresh air.
Thomas is in charge in the kitchen. He learned to cook in a first-class establishment: the 5-star Brenner’s Park Hotel in Baden-Baden. He took over his parents' business, Hotel Grüner Baum, in 2012 – at the age of 49.
Petra Lamprecht takes care of everything related to the hotel. A trained restaurant specialist, she worked for many years at the SWR restaurant in Baden-Baden. Since 1988 she worked in our company as a temporary employee before moving complete to the Hotel Grüner Baum in Bühlertal in the summer of 1997.
Florian and Sina Lamprecht support their parents in the family business. The fourth generation brings new ideas, especially in marketing, so that the tradition is preserved but still keeps up with the times.
The hotel has been around for almost 100 years now, since 1929. The Lamprechts have the hotel business in their blood. Around 20 employees work every day to ensure that the tradition of the house continues for a long time to come and that every guest simply feels at home.
It is very important to us that our guests feel comfortable. We want them to take a little break from everyday life and enjoy the day and evening in a cozy atmosphere.
